Patients are seen by appointment only. If you need immediate attention, we will do our best to accommodate you with an appointment as quickly as your schedule and ours will allow. We value your time greatly, and make every effort to keep our patient's schedule on time. Your appointment is reserved for you and your dental needs. If you are unable to keep your appointment, a 24-hour advance notice is requested to avoid a missed appointment fee.

Financial/Payment Options

Payment may be cash, check, or credit card. Our office also offers
Care Credit and Chase Health Advance and can assist you with obtaining financing.

For your convenience we will be happy to bill your insurance company. Deductibles and anticipated patient portions are due at the time of service. Our Treatment coordinator will work with you to determine what your anticipated patient portion may be. Patients are ultimately responsible for all charges incurred, regardless of insurance status.
