Dr. Craig Smith received his bachelors degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. His dental degree was earned at top-rated Creighton University, in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Smith has been licensed as a general dentist since 1991. He has continued his education completing several courses of study in Orthodontics, Implants, Prosthetics and Conscious Sedation. Dr. Smith is also one of a select few trained in the art of Cerec Technology.  

In 2006 Dr. Smith became recognized as the first and only Invisalign Premier Provider for the entire state of Idaho. This also places him among the top 5% if Invisalign Practitioners in North America. To qualify for Premier Provider status, doctors must demonstrate an exceptional level of Invisalign experience and meet Invisalign clinical education requirements. Premier Provider status indicates to our patients and to the community that we are among the most experienced Invisalign practices in the country. This leadership reflects the standard of care that our patients can expect from Dr. Smith.     

He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of LDS Dentists, Academy of Computerized Dentistry of North America, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Western Society of Periodontology, and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. He has also served for several years as an appointed member of the Idaho State Board of Dentistry Peer Review Panel  

Most importantly, Dr. Smith and his wife Linda have 5 children. He is actively involved in his church and the Boy Scouts of America. He enjoys the outdoors, including backpacking with his sons. Dr. Smith also enjoys wood working, running and camping.
