Dear Patients,

As we get closer to opening our clinic full-time, we wanted to inform you of our future protocols that will remain in effect until further notice. We will be open for routine cleaning and dental work beginning Monday, May 4th.

Due to the contagious nature of the COVID-19 virus, we ask you to comply with the following steps to keep our clinic as safe and clean as possible:

  • Please come alone to your appointment. Our reception room will not be available for family members to wait.  Please call us should you need any special accommodation.
  • Please wash your hands as soon as you enter the building.
  • Please reschedule if you have a fever, cough, or flu symptoms.
  • We are happy to check the fit of your retainers or oral appliance, however we can no longer clean these appliances for you.

We request that you CALL or TEXT 208-343-1393 when you arrive and please STAY in your vehicle. We will come out to your car to check you in with paperwork  Our forms are available online and your willingness to complete these forms electronically also assists us in avoiding the spread of microbes. In the parking lot we will also check your temperature with a touch-less or temporal thermometer.

We request you keep 6 feet apart from others as best as you can while in our clinic. We also encourage washing hands during your appointment and as you leave. We will also have hand sanitizer for your use throughout the clinic.

We have continued to see emergency and urgent care patients, and have been adhering to this protocol. We look forward to seeing each of you again and appreciate so very much your understanding as we adopt these new measures to keep us all healthy and safe.

We are so grateful to you that you are willing to work with us to provide a clean and safe environment in our dental clinic.
